Advertising Question

So, I'm ready to become more than a member but also an advertiser. But I have a question first because I'm ready to pay for about 10,000 PTR ads then many more after it if it were to go the way I hope it would. I would do paid signups but I want to be able to give more people a chance at doing this.

Since its an AdSense site, I need views as much a clicks, even 1-2 clicks would help greatly. Is there anyway possible for it be a requirement for the persons doing a Read Ad to have to click at least 1 link to be credited?

If I were to get 1-2 (at least) clicks from each person for each of those 10,000 PTRs I'd be able to buy over 50,000 if not more very quickly, along with many other different Ads. I'd like to help this site grow and say alive because of the way its run.
