Upgrade membership

From what i understand is that you get 50% of referral earning as a standard member and up to 70% of refferals earning as an upgraded member. What i think is that you should change that a bit. It would be more attractive to people if you put it as 100% of refferals earning when you upgrade.

If i were to change the referral earnings it would disrupt the calculations that I have put into this site. Sorry about this.
