One question i got is about the guarantee sign ups. well there's is 1 person that did the sign up that actually is legit and signed up under my name, but he/she is not active.  Does that still count for the approval or can i deny his offer if you approve him?  He only click some the first day and never clicked again since.

If he/she does not follow the instructions you provide them with and it has been a few days, you may deny their sign up.
