I just looked in the Payment Proof section and saw 2 people who posted their payment so why haven't I been paid yet? I'm losing my patience with this site.

How's that even possible? There were 37 ads available. 19 left and if I failed 20 then it should be 17.

and besides that fact i'm not stupid I read the cheat check and answered correctly, as you can see and I can write English fluently and understand it well.

Hello,

Plain and simple you failed 20 cheat checks. It was at 19 the 12th, and by the 13th it was 20. You broke the Terms of Service, and you are deleted for this. Just as many other memebrs have been. Cheat checks are only cleared once a month, not daily.

3.5 Failing more than 19 cheat checks with in one calendar month, at the end of each month the cheat checks are cleared.

First of all something is wrong, your TOS clearly says 19 while your system goes by 20.

I'm pretty sure I didn't fail more than 19 cheat checks. Last time I checked my account I had well over 700 which isn't possible, I'm well aware that you change your cheat checks more than twice a month and that I answered them correctly, the most I have probably failed is 4 or 5 for the whole month. Can you please show a screenshot proof of this?

I've been a loyal clicker since I joined of your site, why am I being deleted now just because I requested a payout?

Also please note I should have been paid on the 15th before my account was deleted

I hope I won't have to add your site to my blacklist.

Hello,

There are no errors in the Terms. If you fail 19 cheat checks you are still in the green (safe from being deleted) once you go over that 19 cheat check fails you are removed from Trinity Clicks.

Let me correct you, you had over 700 Cheat Checks it self(this includes fails and not fails), i have users who have over 1500 cheat checks, this is becoming less common, all it shows is how many cheat checks they went though, since their account has existed at Trinity Clicks.

The Cheat Check display for users is out of sync with the main Cheat Checks, since I added the Cheat Check stats for users the 7th of this month (December) that is 7 days of missed Cheat Check stats for memebrs, next month (January) they will all be in sync. You had 9 Cheat Check Fails up until the 13th. So in 6 days you accumulated 9 Cheat Check fails. It is reasonable (which I did not need to as I had the real, up-to-date stats) that you would have accumulated the other 11 Cheat Check Fails. I had the real stats of you Cheat Check Fails, the user's own Cheat Check stats were lagging behind since I added the addon the 7th.

You should not have been paid the money you had requested as you broke our Terms. Your account was deleted, along with your payment.

So you are breaking your own TOS? You should have paid me by the 15th that is fact. If you did not do that then you aren't following your own rules. If you had any ethics then you would realized that even if I did not pass your so called "check cheats" then i still should have been paid.

Also, I still want proof that of the cheat checks that I have failed because I honestly don't believe what you're saying. Throughout my threads I have constantly provided you with proof, but then you back in your little corner and say "you failed the cheat checks" "you broke" the TOS. Alright, show me the proof.

Note: I never said there was any errors with your TOS I merely questioned why your system stated 20 cheat checks = suspension/delete instead of 19, which is what your TOS states.

Why should i have paid you? Members are paid on a net15 biases. So at the end of this month (December) anyone who requested payment in December will be paid January 15th. If they happen to gain more than 19 meaning 20, 21, 22, 23, 24... ETC Cheat Check Fails, then their account will be deleted and payment will be forfeited.



Note: My Terms state:

Also, my account was DELETED on the 17th not the 14th. It was working perfectly fine on the 14th

By the way thanks for posting the proof BUT i'm 100% sure that I didn't fail 20 cheat checks on the 14th

Why should I be paid? I requested on the November 14th, 2009 so according to  you TOS, on a net 15 "basis" I should have been paid on December 15th which did not happen.

I think you should re-evaluate your check cheat system.

If you don't recall I had to re-configure my VPS, I had not deleted your account yet. When i reinstalled the site and re-uploaded the database it was exactly how i left it, with your account not deleted but with 20 Cheat Check Fails. You will not be getting paid.

Obviously I don't recall you reconfiguring your VPS, how would I even know what that is? You never explain anything to your members on your site, you just delete them without telling them anything in detail.

Thank you for disregarding everything I said up to this point. I can tell you that you value your members very much at this site. No exceptions for honest members. I'll be adding your site to my blacklist. Hopefully when you get older you'll understand proper ethics.

I had the site down, for a few hours the day I re-configured it. Also I have answered everyone of your questions, with explicit detail. I value honest members very much so, I have users who make much larger withdrawals then your $2.50, I don't go about deleting them apparently without reason, even though when a deleted member tries to re-log in, it gives them the reason they were deleted. I find it funny how you are the only member that has had this problem. Once again I have provided you proof upon proof about your cheat checks, there for i did not disregard anything you have said.

We'll then you should have notified your members before you reconfigured it. Also, how would I know what happened to my account if I had not posted in the forum? All I got was "your account is deleted" which is pretty straightforward but in the case of a script malfunction then no. I've been clicking by myself which is the reason why my payout was only $2.50 and I'm well aware of the 1 active user on your forum but lately it's only been myself. You have provided proof ONLY on the basis that your system is correct but not once did you consider something went wrong during that downtime that could have affected my cheat checks.

You did disregard things that I said because you never replied to some of my posts that would put someone in doubt about whether or not your cheat check system was working properly.

You find it funny that I'm the only member that has this problem? What is funny is that this happened when your site went down and I received an error and your site came back you never considered that there might have been a problem for your members. If this happened at any other time while your site was working fine then i'm sure I wouldn't have had any problems. Like on talkptc nitinkumar said: 700 cheat checks is alot since I joined your site 3 months ago, 20 cheat checks isn't a lot. How many did I have on the other months?

Hello,

When you attempt to log in it will say you were deleted because 20 cheat check fails. During that down time, I backed up the entire Trinity Clicks database along with the rest of the other databases. They were secured in a zip file. All I had to do was simply re-upload the zip file and I was all set, database wise.

I answered all of your points.

Not a single other member has had even a similar problem to yours, there are countless ways to get support, through tickets, the forums, email, and Instant Messaging programs. None have contacted me witha  problem such as this or similar. 700 cheat checks means you were checked 700 times (you read 700 cheat checks). Cheat Check Fails is what get you banned which was 20.

My apologize it was the 14th not the 13th it was a matter of a simple typo.

You have yet to consider that there was something wrong with your script or cheat checks or whatever you want to call it.

Let me bring up this point which you did not comment on but rather the other one that you passed off as a "typo"

If I remember correctly, I was surfing the advertisements and I was brought multiple cheat check pages and I answered the questions correctly more than once. That could have possibly constituted for the 11 cheat check failures that you were talking about.

Whether you believe me or not is completely up to you, but I am pretty sure that happened and that could have triggered the 11 cheat checks in a row.

You cannot compare other members to my situation. I can simple say as your stating: "it is reasonable to assume that this only happened to me because other members decided to not click that day because the site was down" - It just turned out I decided to click right after your site came back up (your forum was still down) and this problem above occurred. That would be a "reasonable" explanation to why it happened only to myself.

It was a big typo.
Cheat Check stat display operational the 7th of December.
Total Cheat Check Fails accumulated by the 13th: 19
Total Cheat Check Fails accumulated by the 14th: 20
Cheat Check Fails accumulated between the 1st- and the 7th: 9
(days)14 - 7 = 7 (which is how many days you had missed statistics for.)
In that 7 days you accumulated another: 11 Cheat Check Fails.
(cheat check fails)9 + 11 = 20

Proportionally it is very reasonable to accept the Fails as how they are presented to me
9/7 = 1.285
11/7= 1.571

you still have not considered the chance that there was something wrong with your system.

it was operational on the 7th of december? what about after that?

That arguement is easily knocked down if there's some implicitly wrong with your cheat check system.

I have been monitoring everyone's accounts (with failed cheat checks) I've only had to delete 2 people since last week. I have tested my cheat system my self over and and over I can't find anything wrong with it.
